According to Microsoft Answers, p-c-a in PCAlua.exe stands for Program Compatibility Assistant. They did give us another PCA FAQ link - which explains that this PCA is a legit Windows program which runs automatically when it detects an older program with known compatibility problem. That explains why pcalua.exe appears with Red Alert 2 in Windows 7~~
